  • Production and submission of D&A Statement for a full planning application.  Complying with Rights of Light and Site Line requirements.

  • Coordination of structure & MEPH, maximising floor to ceiling heights, utilising existing structure.

  • Coordination of site surveys with design, including site visits to assess discrepancies and site conditions.

  • Contribution to both interior and facade packages through concept design, design development & technical design.

  • Design of steel and marble feature stair case from concept design to fabrication and installation.

  • Collaboration with interior designer to achieve proposed ID scheme whilst maintaining a high quality of finish on budget.
