• Design Development & Technical Design of both internal & external envelope work packages.

• Carrying out role of project Document Controller.

• Producing comprehensive design reports for the Client and local planning authority Singapore to obtain Permit.

• Developing a sustainable design achieving LEED Platinum Certification by the US Green Building Council
