• Use of strong design skills to develop each component of the project, with its bespoke, finely crafted nature, transforming a carefully constructed brief into a finely detailed set of tender and construction documentation.

• Conducting detailed and thorough product research, to develop a comprehensive Architectural NBS Specification

• Coordination of both structure and MEPH, whilst maintaining a high quality of design.

• Maintaining constant awareness of surrounding context to ensure surrounding vegetation was not disturbed and the delicate nature of the site was respected.
