Hotel Reception Refurbishment

• Leading the project independently, taking it through a phased programme in order to minimise disruption to the running of the hotel

• Working one on one with the client, attending site meetings, keeping a consistent and open line of communication between myself, the client, the contractor and all consultants.

• Carrying out product research; specifying finishes, materials and fittings; ensuring the design was functional, in keeping with the existing interiors, complied with building regulations and met all requirements of the client’s brief.
