Design a dance studio and performance space on a vacant plot in central South Beach, Miami.  Brief includes rehersal spaces, performance hall, staff and admin offices, student amenities, bathroom/change facilities and central hall/reception space.  External envelope developed and various design proposals investigated for the performance hall.
